Solution 2: Disable Use Printer Offline

  • On your Windows computer, click the Start menu and type ‘control’ in the search panel.
  • In the search results, click to open Control Panel.
  • Click the Devices and Printers tab.

  • Close the paper output tray.
  • Pull the paper support from the bottom of the printer.
  • Have a paper stack ready in hand, place it inside.
  • Ensure that the paper guides on either side arrange the paper neatly.
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the paper tray limit (you can avoid feeding and jamming issues).
