  • Make sure that you and your receiver are using an email client and an exchange email.
  • The mail that you want to recall should be unread and available in the receiver’s inbox folder.
  • Ask your receiver to open his/her Mailbox if it is closed.
  • Make sure that your email is not protected by any security features.
  • Use the Outlook application to recall the email. (Note: Even if Outlook is a web-based email client, you can’t use the Recall feature over a browser. You can access this feature only from its application interface.)
