1. Loose power connection

  • The first thing you should check is the power cord; if the cable’s ends are not secure, the device can go offline.

  • If you are managing the device using the Amazon Alexa app on your mobile, and the app shows that the device is offline, check if the app is out-of-date.

3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

  • Go to the Google Play Store or App Store and reinstall the Alexa app.
